Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) S. Corporation
LLP or Limited Liability Partnerships are the type of Business, where this LLP will include at least two or more than two owners, those will have few or limited personal liability, such personal liability of the owners can account for business debts, there is various licensed professional team or groups like doctors, attorney, Engineers, can form Limited liability partnership or LLP, In case any partner in the LLP business have debt or claim registered against him, in such scenario, other partners will have no personal liability and safe from such liability, LLP is easily manageable and can be organized effectively, thus protection for LLP business also high, thus professional look for LLP Business, which protect their personal assets as well, LLC or Limited liability company is a typical incorporation which have higher flexibility, However Regulations can be varied for the limited liability corporation, when there is change in State, thus all kind of businesses may not get such flexibility for their incorporation, any profit and loss amount for a LLC business can be shifted to the owners of LLC Business and the owner can prepare their personal return file for Tax filing or deduction, However Owners from Limited Liability business usually are safe from any kind of their own liability for any debts, but the owner from Limited liability company can be victim, when they invest in the business, LLC Business can offer better Taxation advantages and good protection, Normally S corporation can’t include more than hundred shareholders and all the shareholders will have no personal liability for their business debt, again S corporation can’t be treated as legal or authorized business structures, people getting dividends or salaries from S corporation, pay their own income tax which usually based on the salary or dividend received from S Corporation, Even S corporation will not pay any corporate taxes, all the profit and losses can be shifted to the owners of the S Corporation, again S Corporation follow various Bureaucratic Responsibilities and made them compliant, they usually can issue stock, hold shareholders for their business, they further can do director or Board meeting as required,  

What is organizational culture?

Organization Culture can be presented in multiple ways, those include various corporate parties, celebration, by creating interactive communication and using various aspect or Communication styles, and Leadership skills, Behaviors, again Organizational culture can be creative, Innovative, and required to be ethical in all manners, should be customer focused and include research and development work, technology driven, again depending upon organization, organizational culture can become aggressive and can hold more risk for the business, some kind of organizational culture look for creating a family or friendly environment in an organization,

         Organizational culture can be difficult to define and present at any organizational level, again Employee and others Stakeholders for any Organization may find cultural inconsistencies, thus organizational culture hardly get connected throughout the people,

Organizational culture can be based on deriving some kind of values and utilizes assumptions as stated below

  • This assumption include Nature and Type of Human being, for example, some kind of People is proactive and some others are reactive to any situation or may be both, some people we define as good or bad, thus this assumption should consider how all kind of stakeholders like Employees, Customers and suppliers should communicate with each other and how their need required to be managed,
  • This Assumption is based on How is the relationship for any organization to their Environment and how they define their daily activities and businesses,
  • This assumption is based on utilizing the emotions for better business beneficiary, that means there must be definition that some kind of emotions should be encouraged, however others kind of Emotions must be discouraged, as it may have negative impact on the business,
  • This assumption can be based on the metrics that can recognize the organization and its components, in case, organizational culture is supported by the business strategy, such usually bring better effectiveness in the organizational Business,

Describe how organizational cultures are created, developed, and sustained over time.

Any Organizational Culture can be Created, developed and sustained over time by introduction of better leadership initiatives for that organization, further Organizational actions and values are taking biggest role, which help to achieve organizational strategic Objective, again we need cultural awareness for HR personnel and also we need effective role for Organizational Leadership people, those will effectively manage Organizational culture, Organizational Effectiveness can be supported by managing culture in a sustained manner,

    Every organization have their own traditions, historical backgrounds, Symbols, Behavioral nature and Norms, Ritual or prejudice, and customs, those are usually present the culture for that specific organization, any organization have many or single founders and Top Management people, those can influence in building or driving the Organizational culture, again any organization’s Behavioral sides get managed with establishing value for their organization, for example, some company, where conflict or disputes can be settled more effectively and involving top management, those put their supportive nature, where as for others organization, conflict spread across various departments to reach the consensus and finally it creates lot of noise, which finally hamper organizations daily objective and in such scenario, Organizational goal can be shifted or affected,

   Again Organizational Culture can be sustained with identifying various artifacts or traits those related to organizational culture, such artifacts can include various Organizational processes and Organizational tasks as well as Organizational philosophies, that tell how any organization usually manage their daily business, there are various concepts like Material Culture, Social Culture and Ideological can identify such traits, those are specific to Organizational Culture,
