The pipette P20 reads from 0 to 20 ul. So 0 1 5 reading means 1.5 microlitre. The other read is 1 5 0. This means 15 microlitre.

In P200 micropippte, it reads from 20 - 200 microlitres. So 0 1 5 means 15 microlitre. 1 5 0 means 150 micrlitre.
