Succinyl CoA 02 Citrate H2O CO2 CO2 NAD+ CO2 AcCoA GDPP GTP FAD H CO2 HO-C-H HO-C-co2 -CO2 CH2 O CoA-SH CoA CH2 CO2 | NADH +

Step 1: Conversion of succinyl CoA to Succinate by loosing CoA, which is replaced with a phosphate group.

Step 2: Succinate is oxidized to form fumarate by transfering two hydrogen atoms to FAD, which become FADH2

Step 3: Fumate converts to malate with the help of water.

Step 4: Malate is oxidized to form oxaloacetate by utilizing hydrogen from NAD+ and form NADH +H+

Step 5: oxaloacetate is converted to citrate by joining with the acetyl CoA and releasing CoA group.
