Answer #1

According to erikson's stages of psychological development, generativity and stagnation are the part of age group from 40 to 65. During our middle age, we reach to a point where either we can make improvements in the world with our knowledge and experience, or we can do nothing to improve our society.

Working for the society& world and making it a better place by helping others is called generativity.

Doing nothing to improve our society and not getting involved and help others is called stagnation.

I think when I will be in my middle age, I will become a more experienced doctor and stable in my career financially.

At that time, I will help people and provide them healthcare they deserve at lowest prices or for free.

I will travel to the remote areas of my country to help people and provide them best healthcare possible.

I will try to involve myself in various social gatherings and be a part of social work and NGOs so that I can help more people & do things that nurture my soul and gives me the actual happiness.

Everybody works for themselves but you become a inspiration when you work for others. Yes, I think I will not remain in state stagnation & not involved with the society. I will be generative and use my knowledge and experience for the benefit of others.

I choose to be a doctor so that I can help people and do more social work.
