Ans. Mutation in eukaryotic RNA polymerase I would disrupt the rRNA processing. RNA polymerase I is associated with transcription of three largest rRNA species which are 28S, 18S and 5.8S.

Mutation in eukaryotic RNA polymerase II woul disrupt the pre-mRNA synthesis. RNA polymerase II is responsible for synthesis of mRNA from protein coding genes.

Mutation in eukaryotic RNA polymerase III would result in disruption of t RNA synthesis.
