Because 2 moles of N2O5 produce 4 moles of NO2 Hence,

5.20 ×10^-3 mol N2O5 ×(4 mol NO2/2 mol N2O5)

= 5.20×10^-3 mol NO2 × 2

= 1.04 ×10^-2 mol NO2

Hence the mol of NO2 that will form = 1.04 ×10^-2 mol.
