11. Thymus has a very important role in the immune system. It secretes a hormone thymosin. This hormone is responsible maturation of T cells . T cells plays a crucial role in the adaptive immune system.

12. Peyer's patches are lymphatic tissue located in the ileum of the small intestine. It helps to identify and destroy the foreign particles and pathologic microorganisms.
