My vision of leadership should take below points into account and lead a team.

A leader should be capable of understanding the group dynamics and make strategies to keep them happier at workplace, and although make this production targets met.
Based on the performance of employee, a leader is recommended to attribute an employee with his key skill. It encourages people to grow more in that field and provide valuable inputs to the company.
Reward system is always attractive as no one can work for the same amount each and every month/year/quarter. Based on complexicity of work, it need to be challenged among a set of employees and reward the best idea. With this, leadership team gets multiple perspectives for the same problem and gets the right solution available at that time.
Currently, I work for an IT Company, and we provide consulting services. Being a functional consultant, I am responsible to implement Business in any ERP systems. If the vision which mentioned above are applied, we are able to identify functional expert, technical expert, Fun@work expert, Certification champion etc by attribution.
Also, based on the group dynamics, a work can be pushed within a team and expect it to get it delivered on time. By providing rewards, employees are keen to visit office during weekends also. If we club two or more activities and arrange on the sme day, and reward the employee who can finish all of them.
By following all these, the prospectus of the comapny changes and an environment with flexibility picks in place. So, the quality of work should be utmost taken care and it should be checked frequently by an expert and the punishments have to be equally harsh.
With all these measures, a company can utilise all of its resources to the fullest and can provide individual satisfaction to all employees.
