Most of the recent study shows that there is a consistent relationship between leadership and employee performance. Employee performance always considered a key driver in order to increase the total productivity within the organization. Recent studies also prove that interest in leadership in relation to various organizational outcomes could be attributed to the widespread belief that leadership always has a direct influence on the performance of the employees.  Leadership means that the individual person's capabilities in order to impress through influence. The Influence originated from one's personality has in turn effects in order to increase the sense of association, belongingness to guide the individual or collective way forward to success. Whereas leadership requires a sense of induced obedience, trust, loyalty, and utmost cooperation as it is placed in between the two horizons of everything or nothing. Every person shows different arts of leadership as leadership is mainly base don the action of the person. While professional leadership is an art of people management that extracts and delivers human potential at work.

Leadership style has been growing exponentially as new emerging attention in a new era of the corporate culture and also become a new dimension of HRM (Human Resource Management ) in order to increase the overall employee performance. It is also focused on key points of developing human resources in order to ensure the right fit and increased performance in all business functions. Leadership development also becomes an important matter among the top big organizations to achieve the mission and vision of an organization. Employees are one of the biggest assets of an organization. One of the biggest challenges in an organization that arises is employees’ job performances and well-being which requires a manager to understand the effectiveness and overall impact of different leadership styles towards employee's performances.

Currently, many organizations are facing various challenges such as work-related stress, high staff turnover rate, and lack of commitment by the employees. This leads to overall low performance and productivity of the organization as well. Therefore leadership becomes an important part for business success. It not only helps to motivate employees to improve their performance but also inspires them to perform more than expected by their job requirements. Therefore leadership role is very crucial to lead the team, motivate and inspire employees to achieve better performances.
