Most of the recent study shows that there is a consistent relationship between leadership and employee performance. Employee performance always considered a key driver in order to increase the total productivity within the organization. Recent studies also prove that interest in leadership in relation to various organizational outcomes could be attributed to the widespread belief that leadership always has a direct influence on the performance of the employees. Leadership means that the individual person's capabilities in order to impress through influence. The Influence originated from one's personality has in turn effects in order to increase the sense of association, belongingness to guide the individual or collective way forward to success.
