I went ahead and put the question up with the answers. These are my professor's answers so they should be correct. Can you please explain how to get these answers. I don't understand the difference between "Completely Linked," "Incompletely Linked," and "Unlinked." Thanks!

1. Since this trihybrid cross does not follow the normal medalian law ( law of independent assortment), they are giving the ratio other than the mendalian ratio i.e. 27:9:9:9:3:3:3:1, so it can be said that these three genes are incompletely linked. If they give the ratio like mendalian ratio, they are said to be unlinked genes.
