Answer #1

Please give a thumbs up.

Question 2: for a test cross with a heterozygous plant leads to equal ratio of both the colours so the answer is option C.
Question 3: for heterozygous cross with same genotype the dominant allele is found in 75% of them so answer is option B ....12.
Question 4: if both the trades are appearing equally then and they are codominant with each other. The answer is option C.
Question 5: since they both are located on X chromosome they are excellent and also because they are located on a single chromosome they belong to the same linkage group. So the answer is is option D......both a and b.

Questions 64-65 refer to the following. In a plant, axial flower (T) is dominant to terminal flower (t) and red fruit color (Y) is dominant to yellow (y). These effects are caused by two independently assorting autosomal genes. An individual terminal red plant was crossed with an individual axial, yellow plant to produce offspring which were 1/2 axial, red: 1/2 terminal, red. The genotype of the crossed terminal red plant was: ttyy ttYy ttYY TTyy Ttyy In the cross described...

Hello, I just need someone to check my answer: The answer I choose are in bold points. 1. What was the most significant conclusion that Gregor Mendel drew from his experiments with pea plants? Recessive genes occur more frequently in the F1 generation than do dominant ones Traits are inherited in discrete units, and are not the results of "blending" There is considerable genetic variation in garden peas Genes are composed of DNA 2. In a particular plant, two genes...
