1. The three-dimensional strategy the company should consider are:

- Customer Group: In this strategy, the company should identify to whom they will sell their products or provide the services. In order words, they should identify who are their customers and which segment of the market they should target in order to generate more revenues.

- Customer Needs: In this strategy, the company should identify what are the needs of their customers whom they are targeting by doing market research.

- Technology: In this strategy, the company should identify which technology should they use to fulfill those needs of their customers which they have identified.

2. In order to adapt these three strategic levels, the company should understand the concept of these dimensions. The three-dimensional strategy is the scope of its business. The company should adopt the three strategic levels in these ways:

- First, the company should define the scope of its business at the three business levels. Those three business levels are the corporate level, the business level, and the lower organizational levels.

- After defining the business, the company should describe and communicate changes which they want in their business so that they can fulfill the needs of their customers.

- Then they should identify who are their competitors and checking what their competitors are doing. This way they will be able to make necessary changes while selling their products and providing their services.

- Analyzing any opportunities which can help them in growing their business.

- Identifying and discussing the changes happened in today's market with their management team which will help them in adapting the new technologies the current market is using. They should also predict the future market. This way they can start working on the technologies which may arise in the future.
