S = Sum of waiting times = 11 + 7 + 14 + 2 + 8 + 13 + 3 + 6 + 10 + 3 + 8 + 4 + 8 + 4 + 7 = 108

n = number of counts = 15

Mean waiting time is given as

\bar{X} = S/n = 108/15 = 7.2

Variance = \frac{\sum (X - \bar{X})^{2}}{n-1} = 188.4/(15-1) = 13.5

standard deviation = sqrt(variance) = sqrt(13.5) = 3.7
