yr will contain any year that will pass to the tf function eg 2000 or 2004 or 2008 etc
yr value will be modulo by 4 then 100 and then 400 and compare its output with 0 or non 0
if you have any doubt then please ask me without any hesitation
in the comment section below , if you like my answer then please
thumbs up for the answer , before giving thumbs down please discuss
the question it may possible that we may understand the question
different way and we can edit and change the answers if you argue,
thanks :)

Given the following custom function, what is the result of the function call: modify (0) function [y] =modify (x) Smodify changes the input value based on the range in which it falls if x<0 y=x+10; else y=x-5; end end
3. You are given a system transfer function belowl 20 points): 100 (1 +0.001 je) TF(a) a. Convert TF(o) to transfer function H (s) of the system in polynomial ratio form. Draw a Bode plot using Matlab statements: tf and bode. List two commands to plot Bode chart. b. There are two cutoff frequencies at low and high from the poles. Estimate lower cut off frequencies (from 40 dB to 37db) from the Bode plot using "data cursor" icon in...
a.) Given the transfer function TF(s) = A/(s+ 8)(s - 5). What type of reponse do you expect for a step change in input voltage. b.)Given transfer function TF(s) = 10 7/(s 2 + 4480 s + 10 7 ). Determine the gain A, the damping coefficient and the natural frequency of this system. C.)The transfer function of a systems has a (s 2 + 2s +5) term in the denominator. This indicates that it is a what order system?...
LAB PROMPT: Lab 06 For this lab you are going to practice writing method signatures, implementing if statements, and improve your skills with for loops. The methods you will be writing have nothing to do with each other but allow you to use the skills you have gained so far to solve a series of small problems. Power For this method you will practice using methods from the Math class. The first step you must take is to write the...
Given the following Cost Function: C(q) = 100 + 50q – 10q + q^3. Find the equations for Total Variable Costs, Average Variable costs, and Marginal Costs. Suppose the Value of the firm is given by 14t1+rt , where the expected profit is 100, the interest rate is 3 percent. Derive the value of the firm.
Use the following table to answer questions 1 and 2. Disposable Income billions of SSS yr) Total Consmption billions of SSS/yr) s0 $200 S380 1) What is the marginal propensity to save in the above table? 2) What is the corsumption function consistent with the above data? 3) Given that autonomous consumption equals $1000, income equals $20,000, and the MPC equals.90, what is the level of consumption?
10. In the Keynesian Cross analysis, if the consumption function is given by C = 100 + 0.6(Y − T) and planned investment is 100, G = T = 100, then equilibrium Y is: a) 350 b) 400 c) 600 d) 750 11. Assume that the money demand function is L(r) = 2200 − 200r, where r is the interest rate in percent. The money supply is 2000 and the price level is 2. The equilibrium interest rate is percent....
Java Programming: Hi, I need help Modifying my code that will throw an IllegalArgumentException. for the following data entry error conditions: A number less than 1 or greater than 12 has been entered for the month A negative integer has been entered for the year utilizes a try and catch clause to display an appropriate message when either of these data entry errors exceptions occur. For each of the following, determine whether the given function can serve as the probability mass function of a random variable with the given range: a) f(x) = 2 for r = 1,2,3,4,5, b) f(x) = for x = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and c) f(x) = for x = 0,1,2,3,4,5.
For the following systems, find the transfer function using MATLAB. Also, determine the poles and zeros of each transfer. You should be able to use some combination of the following MATLAB functions: 'ss2tf( )', 'ss( )', 'tf( )', 'pole( )', "zero( )', and 'roots() 100 ).y) = [0_1)|) 2 a. |x2(t)] -10 [x1 (t lx20 21 b. + 01 x1 (t) 0 x2(t) 1 u(t), y(t): ol]x3(t)] [(t)] x2(t) 3(t) [x1 (t)] [o 0 1x2(t) [x3(t)] -4 -2 0 2...
