Answer #1

As a career counselor to a retired military man who holds only high school diploma, we can come up with many vocational training options. This can be done by Super’s career development theory which is  is centered on the Life-Career Rainbow (LCR). Every individual takes on multiple roles or life spaces, often simultaneously and to varying degrees (i.e. citizen, worker, parent), and each of these roles is enacted in different theatres or life-spans (e.g., home and workplace). We need to know that there is never an end to anything, Life always goes on and keeps evolving with time and stages. The person with military experience to open an academy for training children in the basic etiquette. This way the children can be trained for the best in life. They will know the art of problem solving also. He can earn by it. Also, he could start a business in selling certified military uniforms, the military helps the ex officials to do so very well. Hence in this way he will have many options in life.
