Here I'm going to prepare a training method based on the training and development objective of an organisation along with the program of training and development using different evaluation methods and techniques.

the training method based on the training and development objective of an organisation would be the off the job training method, further is going to be the explanation of the off the job training method :-

off the job training methods are those training methods which are giving to the employees when they are away from the workplace. Off the job training method implies the employees to go away from the workplace and and develop new skills.

There can be many other methods of the off the job training method that is given to the employees of an organisation so that they can learn or develop new skills in them.

some of the further training activities that can be done to develop news give in the employees are following :-

1) VESTIBULE SCHOOLS :- vestibule schools is off the job training method which are given to the employees when they are far away from the workplace to increase the the skills of the employees.

2) CASE STUDY METHOD :-case study method is the most famous method which implies the money case studies to the employees and that will increase the skills of the employees.
