Explanation:

Every pricing strategy is being created by different psychology no matter how big is the brand. Those strategies involve mind games as with out it seller cannot sell any product in market. Example: When competitor has the same price for identical product, owner will discount that product to lure customer towards their product.

This strategies are not unethical until it's not taking much money from customer and price are standard and affordable for customers.
