Answer

Workplace stress can be caused by various reasons. And one of the reasons is co workers'relationship. Employees work with teams and stay with their co-worker or colleague whole day. If there are conflicts between them, their relationship might get weakened and they may feel stressed out.

Working with others helps to build trust, bonding, and dependability. It strengthen the team work and cohesiveness to accomplish challenging tasks. But, if the coworkers don't like to be with each other, many issues could arise, leading to increased level of stress.

Performance and productivity can be reduced if this stress is not managed. Therefore, manager must communicate with both the co-workers and identify what issue is leading to their relationship damage.

He needs to make them discuss and find a collaborative solution to help them stay together and reduce the stress. He need to facilitate them with needful resources, and provide them with training so that they can manage their stress and stay friendly with each other.

Manager can reschedule their work activities, and try to make them more focused on their jobs, if they are not ready to work with each other.
