Answer #1

Answer :)

We must identify the transformation through the growth in sector d because here only streptomycin-resistant cells can grow. If sector b has growth, suggests strs cells are viable and able to rise on the agar plates. To check the viability of streptomycin-resistant cells, we confirm their growth in sector c.
