1. the leutinizing hormone are released by leydig cells which stimulate testosterone ,so proliferation in leydig cells can cause dispared production of testosterone which can cause testiculer cancer.

2. sertoli cells gives nutrients to the spermatic cells   so the reduction in sertoli cells leads to sertoli cells leads to less fertilityin son of DES.
