3.

a) The organizational design suitable for the business model mentioned here is the organic structure. This structure is suitable for businesses that require flexibility in their processes. They have a wide span of control and decentralised structure which allows employees to work with innovative ideas and creativity. Teams can take up projects individually and customise their output based on client needs. The design is less formal than the mechanic structure in which processes are based on a common standard and whole organization works by it. This design fosters flexibility which allows business deliverables to be designed as per customer demand.

b) The experienced employees will not want to work under an autocratic style which will be suitable for the new employees as in this leadership style the leader leads the team, taking all the decisions and making the team follow them. They will work better with a democratic style where decisions are left on them. They are allowed to work with their own styles and input. They have a participative role in all management decisions. In this style, their experience can be helpful for the organization and also they won't feel less valued and recognised with their experience. Hence the leader will have to be careful about not leading them with an autocratic style but instead applying the democratic style of leadership for the experienced employees.

c) Too much communication can cause an ethical dilemma because with more communication everyone will have more update about every progress. They will not know what is relevant and what to consider for the decisions. Moreover, the progress of work and other elements involved in it will change constantly hence what is important for consideration today might not be tomorrow. This can cause chaos and ethical dilemma. Giving the employees the tasks to be done and communciating the objetcives and their performance once in a period of time is the correct approach for effetcive communciation.
