Two valued orientation can we define as there are only two sides of an specific condition where there is a good side or a bad side or the idea of right vs wrong. This idea directly focuses on as if there is nothing in between for an example there is black area and a white area but no grey area in between.
Democrats vs republicans ,human relationships and mindset on same sex marriages is a fine example of real life to valued orientation.

It directly limits a person's ability to have an opinion where the person is restricted between these two specific choices. Usually any individual is attend to think in opposite where we think that which is not good for a specific condition must be bad and what is not bad must be good for the specific purposes.

Usually there are not only two sides of each and every situations where that can be different opinions options are different choices. We have to learn that there are no specific two sides of any specific questions or conditions that are involved in organisation or any other place of decision making. In language two side orientation helps expressing our feelings in a corrective manner but providing additional information at up on the specific ideation behind the decision of saying yes or no or maybe focusing on right or wrong.

This type of two valued orientation directly impact the overall effect of diversity perception as well as prejudice in organisations. As availability of personnel believes this type of two valued orientation limits and individuals adaptability towards accepting different cultures as well as also creates a negative impact on overall availability of positive opportunities for an organisation to implement the diversity in a corrective manner.
As it directly create an impact on the availability of opportunities for determining other possible consideration, people usually make wrong decisions on the basis of what is right or wrong or without thinking any other specific aspect of the condition.

It badly affect a person in most of the conditions. By having this type of two sided orientation most of the people reduced their availability of assessing the situations as well as negatively affect the overall available capabilities of Thinking other side of the story. This creates a very bad impact on an individual or an organisation as it can lead to negative decisions in terms of just looking at the two sides of any specific scenario.
