We will first draw the network diagram of all the activities. We will use the following nomenclature in the network diagram.

Late start Activity name Late finish
Early start Activity time Early finish

From the network diagram, we can see that for all the activities, the early finish, the late finish and the slack are as follows. The slacks are calculated as Late start - Early start or Late finish - Early finish. The slacks have been written in single inverted commas in the network diagram.
