ANSWER :

The amount of air that could be inhaled and exhaled through lungs normally without any effort is called tidal volume (TV). IT is about to 500ml in adult healthy person However, it is found to be increased in athlete person and do breathing exercise. Hence, increased amount of tidal volume enhance the supply of PO2 in lungs.
