Answer #1

The Ribosome is the part of translation complex. During translation process, following are required:

* amino acyl tRNA: This helps in transfer of amino acid to Ribosome so that proper amino acid binds in protein synthesis with respect to mRNA codons.

*mRNA: It contains codons which shows complementary base pairing with tRNA anti codon and leads to synthesis of protein.

*ATP: It acts as an energy source for translation.

* Helicase: It has role in translation initiation.

That's why right option are:

amino acyl tRNA

helicase

mRNA

ATP.

The ER signal sequence on a growing polypeptide chain is recognized by a signal-recognition particle (SRP) in the cytosol. What does this interaction accomplish? It cleaves the ER signal sequence from the polypeptide chain. It cleaves the ER signal sequence from the polypeptide chain. It guides the ribosome and its polypeptide to the ER. It releases the polypeptide chain from the ribosome. It speeds the synthesis of the polypeptide chain. Which of the following choices reflects the appropriate order of...
