Answer the following questions. Each answer should not exceed one typed page. Q2. How important is it that the effectiveness of a training program be measured in dollar terms? Why is it important to measure training effectiveness in the first place?

Employees are the foundation and priceless assets of any Organization. It is always believed that success is achieved through good human relations and so it is true with the workforce of an Organization, who needs to be respected and certainly considered for training, because it is them, who keep the Organization going. Without quality employees in place or without motivated employees in action, the Organization shall cease to reap the fruits of ‘Goal achievements’. Training plays an important part to attain the mission of creating a strong employee base through appropriate training and development modules.

Measuring effectiveness of training is hence important because once that is achieved, employees are more efficient to perform towards the Organizational goals, thereby impacting upon the bottom line on a positive way.
