Net Requirement of A = 2*Requirement of X - On Hand Inventory of A

Net Requirement of A = 2*50 - 50 = 50 units

Net Requirement of B = 3*Requirement of X - On Hand Inventory of B

Net Requirement of B = 3*50 - 50 = 100 units

Net Requirement of C = 2*Net Requirement of B - On Hand Inventory of C

Net Requirement of C = 2*100 - 50 = 150 units

Net Requirement of D = 3*Net Requirement of B - On Hand Inventory of D

Net Requirement of D = 3*100 - 100 = 200 units

Net Requirement of E = 2*Net Requirement of D + 2*Net Requirement of A - On Hand Inventory of E

Net Requirement of E = 2*200 + 2*50 - 250 = 500 - 250 = 250 units
