Hi

6) Here irrespective of the transfusion volume,ie.,500ml the heart beat after a transfusion 1minute.

Genrerally we know that every 1 minute the stroke volume is 70ml in normal state, so after transfusion the heart is normal so the stroke volume is normal as usual 70ml

Stroke volume can be calculated = EDV- ESV ( End diastolic volume - End sytolic volume)
