configuration managment -> it is a process of tracking and controlling the changes in software in terms of the requirements , design,functions,and devlopment of the product .
why we need this managment?
Ans->because when software is changing with time it can slip from its track.
for example ->whatsapp is generally used to send a message but after some days we get a new update in whataspp behind this activity their is a configuration managment and its work is too note that you did not sleep on your track .
change managment->we keep track of changes request coming from the customers or developers .it also decide if the change is really required ?if so when it required and change managment also check the cost because if we recieves a change request it can be costly.
