Inclusive Organization

Inclusive Organisations is the organization based on the open system to access information and resources access by the stakeholder. In this system, businesses give value to each individual and their culture. All cultures, traditions, beliefs, languages, and lifestyles related to the organisation whether customers or employees and are respected without judgment.

Example: Accenture Company

Characteristics of an Inclusive Organization

1. Transparent policies and procedures.: Inclusive Organisation is working on transparency related to company policy and procedure, which helps the business to remove ambiguity and chances of uncertainty. Example: Employees can read Company Documents.

2. Develop and maintaining learning culture: Inclusive Organisations focus on developing and maintaining continuous learning and training towards the employees, which help the overall development of the employees and organizations. Example: Employees helping each other for the achievement of daily targets.

3. Equal Access Opportunities: Organisation provides equal opportunity to every individual which not motivate the employee but also continuously focuses on transparency and value judgment of each employee. Example: Common Promotion Policy for all employees.

4. Based on Diversity: In this organization business consider every culture and beliefs important for business growth, even its diversity help the organization to get the advantages of various point of views for the developing business. Example: Business Combination of various classes and cultures.

5. System of conflict resolution: Conflict is common in every organization, timely resolving it helps the organization to focus on critical works. Timely resolution for Conflict. Example: Proper System for resolving issues and disputes.

Benefits of an Inclusive Organization
