molar mass of sucrose = 342.3 g/mol
number of mole of sucrose = (mass of sucrose)/(molar mass of sucrose)
= 123/342.3
= 0.359 mole

molarity = (number of mole of sucrose)/(volume of solution in L)
= 0.359/1
= 0.359 M

Answer : 0.359 M
