A juvenile probation officer meets with the children and adolescents in order to identify their family and social history and perform assessments on their behavior which would have lead to any specific activities . After this, it creates an impact by closely working with the court and the child's family in order to identify issues and their causes and discourage or eliminate any sort of behavior in the child which is undesirable or harmful for the society and individual as a whole. This program would be effective as it offers an oppuopportu for the analysis of the causes of these behaviors linking them to their environment and family history. It also promotes their growth in such a way that criminal or antisocial behavior is eliminated and counselling can be given at the earliest as possible.
