I need help with an ITEC project

Team Project MILESTONE 1 1. Choose a Team Facilitator: This person will lead the project and work with members on assigning tasks. 2. Choose someone who everyone sends their completed work to who will compile it and create the PowerPoint Presentation. 3. Exchange contact information with team members. 4. FINALLY!! EVERYONE MUST PARTICIPATE TO GET YOUR GRADE!!! Examine the DFD’s on page 497 of your text. Note how the context diagram has been exploded to show more detail. Note that the data flows have been preserved. There are no orphans or miracles. Your team has been hired to analyze the requirements of a small COOP Grocery store. The owners of the store are the COOP Members. The store provides fresh organic produce and supplies. They would like to have a new website/App developed that adds at least 2 new functionalities including adding home delivery as one of the new functionalities (Note: you must also choose a delivery company like Uber Eats, etc.). They allow credit worthy customers to charge their purchases and bills them once a month. All others pay by cash or card at the time of purchase. You are to base your Coop Grocery Store on Sevananda Natural Foods Market located in Little Five Points in Atlanta, GA. Therefore, you need to study their current website and processes. In addition, you must include and distinguish between Customers who are members and those who are not, because both can purchase products. Milestone 1: Deliverable Part1: (NOTE: All of your entities must be numbered like 1.0, 2.0, 3.1, etc.) Analyze the COOP’s current system by drawing a Context Level DFD. Show the external entities and the data flows into and out of the system. Next for your Level 0 DFD, Explode your context diagram to show processes internal to the system. At this level also show the data stores. Make sure you have no orphans or miracles. Thirdly for your Level 1 DFD, you should explode one or more internal processes from the Level 0 DFD to show sub-processes. The diagram you have just created is called the Analysis Data Flow Diagram. The analysis DFD helps you document the existing system and begin thinking about improvements. (Note: Also include Data Stores) Deliverable Part2: At this point, you should create a list of requirements for the new system. Will new inputs be required? New outputs? Are any new processes needed? Don’t think in terms of just converting existing processes and data stores to programs and files. You are trying to discover if new processes or data stores are needed. Also, examine the processes and data flows of the analysis DFD to see if any are no longer useful. Write the requirements in a numbered list. Each requirement is a statement of what the new system should do. This list is called a requirements definition. (NOTE: You must add at least 2 new functions or requirements with one being home delivery). Deliverable Part3: After you have completed your requirements definition. Create a Design Data Flow Diagram. The design data flow diagram will reflect only the processes and data stores needed to implement your requirements definition. It may show new processes. It may show new data stores. However, keep in mind that the analysis DFD may be just fine as a design DFD if you did not identify anything new in your requirements definition. Begin just as you did with the analysis DFD. Create a context level diagram showing the external entities and the data flows into and out of the new system. Explode this diagram to show processes and data stores. (Note: Also include Data Stores) The deliverables for Milestone 1 are: An Analysis DFD A Requirements Definition A Design DFD
