Disorder, as the word is suggesting itself that it is state of randomness. When situations go beyond the control then they fall under the category of disorder. Great deviations from normality is known as Disorder. When we take lesser sleep such as sleep of 2 to 3 hours in a day, then it is lack of sleep disorder.
When we sleep for a longer time such as for 16-17 hours in a day then it is disorder. When our blood pressures falls oustside the normal range of 80-120 mmHg then it is known as blood pressure disorder. When our heart shows beating beyond or much lesser than normal values then it is known as heart disorders.
Excessive hunger, thirst, heart beat, blood pressure, eye sight, breathing rate etc. all are the examples of Disorders. All these happens due to following factors:-
1. Improper sleep.
2. Improper diet.
3. Lack of physical activities.
4. Lacking of regular health check ups.
5. Improper life styles.
6. Excessive drinking and smoking.
7. Taking extra workload.
8. Environmental pollution.
9. Improper treatment after a serios illness.
10. Disturbed daily routines.
