A lease line is a dedicated private connection between 2 or more locations which has fixed bandwidth and offers identical upload and download speed.

Technology like VPN is used for creating a private network over public network securely.

a) A lease line will give smaller packet delivery delay as it provides a dedicated bandwidth to the user while on the other hand ,the connection through ISP has a shared bandwidth.

b) A lease line would be more expensive as it is dedicated to particular user i.e the network would not be shared by other users.

c)Leased lines typically have speeds of 1Mbps to 10Gbps.

10MB (10⁷ bps) is one of the most popular speeds for leased lines, because it provides enough bandwidth to simultaneously carry some Internet traffic, some corporate WAN traffic and some VoIP telephone calls as well.

In addition , 1GBps or 10gbps or 100 Mbps can also be used.

But according to the scenario, 1 gbps or 10gbps bandwidth would be suitable.
