Answer is e . All are correct.

In eukaryotic cell DNA is stored in nucleus while in prokaryotes DNA is present in cytoplasm. In both cells, DNA is double helix which is the genetic material and carries information on how to make proteins for various life functions though eukaryotes contain linear DNA where as prokaryotes have circular DNA.

During translation both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells needs ribosomes to make proteins. It is also true that both cells contains same bases of DNA i.e A,T,G and C.
