DQ1) Three elements of an Information System are Hardware,Software and Persware.

a) Hardware: It is basically the parts that we can see or touch, examples are keyboard, mouse, computer monitor LCD. These are the things using which we can do our work if we provide them instructions according to our work.

b)Software: It is a collection of algorithms or instructions or codes to tell the hardware system how to run. Software basically helps to run the hardware but we cannot touch or see the software, we can only see its effect on the hardware when it is running.

c) Persware: It basically represents the persons side i.e. the people who control the working of the information system by working as the intermediate between hardware and software.They help to determine which software is needed to run which hardware and determine which data is to be collected and processed for the organization's need.

Importance:

According to me Persware is the most important because if persware is not there then there will be no one to run the softwares needed for the hardware and no one will be able to maintain the operations and maintainence of the system of the organization.

Management Issues: Main issues will be how to manage the financial limitations or budget of the website. An effective plan is needed which is constantly managed by the top level professionals to oversee the overall budget of the website and the working of the project according to the industrial deadlines. Another issue can be the time constraint to complete the website within the stipulated time frame. They will also have to interact with the basketball team organizations to get the live statuses of team compositions and injury reports. They will also have to keep track of live fixtures or matches.

Organizational Issues:

Organizational issues will basically will be how to make a lean and efficient team. If the team is not lean and unneccesarry people are involved then it will increase costs of the website. they have to ensure that everyone is doing his or her work correctly. Try to make sure that website is working at all times and is up to the date regarding all incidents. They need to make sure the complaints regarding the website are solved as soon as possible.

Tech Issues:

Basically issues will be the persons which can make website more efficient using new technologies so the tech team needs to recruit engineers which are well versed with the new website developement technologies(both backend and frontend) to run the website more efficiently and make website more attractive,responsive and error free.
