Answer: The use of advance technology in the healthcare setting provides better opportunity to the healthcare professionals to deliver quality of care to the patients. The use of healthcare technology such as mHealth enables patients to monitor their health. The use of advance technology in healthcare provides better diagnosis process, accurate results etc. The implementation of electronic health record reduce the workload and enables the healthcare professionals to improve quality of care. It saves all the information related to the patient's health information and medical history. This saves time, reduces burnout as well as provide privacy. Although the technology cost much and it's implementation is expensive but it improve results.

Some of the pro of the advance technology are:

• Enable patients to monitor their health.
• Direct access to their healthcare providers.
• Reduce workload on healthcare professionals
• Reduced medical error
• Enhanced quality of care.

Some of the disadvantages are:

• Privacy concerns or issues
• Misuse of the data
• Expensive
