Answer #1

Behaviour is usually an outcome of the reinforcement and depends on an environmental context where it emerges explicitly over other behavior. The triggers and certain events can be used as a source of reinforcement to find personality best suited towards a certain behavior. Triggers can also be constituted by the education which shapes a personality to emerge leading to a particular behavior. Thus, researchers have created personality types through the isolation or triggering of such events. A consistent model of behavior to a good degree positively reinforces the use of one personality over the next because of the reinforcement model that works through reward and punishment. It also suggests that behavior is closely associated with personality and influences each other. Example: Going to school everyday will develop a consitent mode of behavoir which in turn reinforces the use of one personality over the next.

As companies evolve, certain factors can drive sudden growth. This may lead to a period of nonconstant, or variable, growth. This would cause the expected growth rate to increase or decrease, thereby affecting the valuation model. For companies in such situations, you would refer to the variable, or nonconstant, growth model for the valuation of the company's stock. Consider the case of Portman Industries: Portman Industries just paid a dividend of $3.60 per share. The company expects the coming year...
