The ionic surface agents behave as a strong electrolyte. when its concentration is increased below CMC then due to ion atmosphere formation its molar conductance decreases very slowly. After Micelle formation all the surfectant molecules start aggregating into micelle. As micelle formation occurs number of ions in solution are considerably decreased as all ions aggregate to less number of micelles which behaves as a single ion. This is why on increasing the concentration of ionic surface agent beyond CMC decreases its molar conductance.
