Define the function print_word_rectangle(word, height, width) that takes a word and prints height lines with each line containing the first width characters of the word (if the word has width or less characters) or repeats the word enough times to get width characters (with the last repetition containing only enough characters to ensure the line has a total of width characters). Notes • word will obviously be a string. • If either width or height is zero (or negative) then nothing should be printed.
