Fatty acids undergo Krebs cycle after beta oxidation.In beta oxidation they split Into two carbon units and form Acetyl co-A which then enter to Krebs cycle.Palmitic acid has 16 carbon,so 8 Acetyl co-A are entering Krebs cycle.So 8 cycle of Krebs cycle for completely metabolize it.
