In order to produce one A, the number of C required is 2

Therefore, in order to produce 500 A, the number of C required is 2*500

= 1000

In order to produce one A, the number of B required is 3

Therefore, in order to produce 500 A, the number of B required is 3*500

= 1500

In order to produce one B, the number of C required is 5

Therefore, in order to produce 1500 B, the number of C required is 5*1500

= 7500

Total C required = 1000+7500

= 8500
