1. Provide a brief introduction and overview of the rhetorical situation of your collaborative argumentative project and your group’s purpose for writing to your audience. In other words, explain why your group chose to write about your topic, what your goals were, and who your target audience was. You can also explain how you worked collaboratively and how your group used feedback from your peers to revise your paper.

1. This is a self explanatory writing where you need to mention the reason for choosing the project and why was this topic interesting for you and your team. You need to mention the expected audience for the topic and how you expected them to accept the project. Basically you need to mention the details of what is the topic all about, why was the topic chosen and how will the same be presented to everyone. I will give an example.

If I have to chose a project in my company to present to my senior management then I would use an argumentative project on women diversity and availability at senior positions. This is an argumentative project which is of interest to me as i am an advocate of women empowerment. I chose this topic because I believe that women need to get more representation in the senior positions of my department. This will be an effective topic of discussion because the audience is senior management of my department and company who can act on the case and topic and need to be highlighted about my thoughts about this topic and the current scenario. I will present this topic in the form of a presentation and a small proposal so that the management can understand and reflect upon the current situation and improve women empowerment and introduce higher diversity at senior positions.

2. This is a self - reflection exercise where you need to write about your skills and abilities and improvement in what you were before the semester. You need to conduct a SWOT analysis of your writing skills in terms of strengths and weaknesses. These could be tone, language, convincing skills, argumentative skills and formation of points of discussion.

3. This is the conclusion where you need to mention what is it that you want to improve in the near future and what would you like to observe in the future when you analyse your own writing and articles.
