1) Action

The person is very clear about his goal and is reaching his maximum limits to avoid the consequences and works hard to reach is goal he pans his goals and achieves it.

2) Preparation

Preparation seen for the action prior to the event the person may starts taking small step in that direction. The person may undergo stationary phase for achieving the result and starts with initial steps from a long time.

3) Contemplation

The person knows about the consequence and thick of working on it but with action plans or any goals the person seem to be not serious.

4) Precontemplation

The person knows the situation and doesn’t change his attitude or behavior for the problem. They are in resistant tor denial mode.
