a.Provide psychological support to calm and relax the patient which can bring down the blood pressure

Assess for the underlying cause for high blood pressure

Assess patient whether patient has taken daily of morphine sulphate to reduce pain ,if not administer medication

b.A pain of 9 on a scale of 0 to 10 is severe pain ,so administer analgesics as per the order

c.The first action to be done is to

  • Observe the surgical for any infection ,tender,redness, swelling
  • Administer medication

d.The patient who score 6 should be given 1 Perocet tablet to relieve pain
