As per Chegg norms, we can answer only one question. Question 1. can be answered by the student himself based on the apps he uses and his experience with them. Hence I am answering question no.2)

2. Social media has been helpful in building and trusting relationships in all social groups. In the same way, it has been an important platform for collaboration and communication for companies to connect for the same with their employees and customers.

With everyone using social media platforms so commonly in their daily lives, it is very much obvious that all employees working in a company have their accounts on mostly all of these platforms like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Companies can collaborate with their employees virtually by forming community pages and forums to interact and share knowledge and information. It gives an easy way to communicate with everyone who is a part of the organization even if they are not physically present and work at different locations. Everyone can know the company's latest updates and share their input as and when required. This helps in increasing employee engagement.

Employees can follow and interact with their colleagues to form better relations which can make it easier for them to work together. When the employee is a part of the company's page or forum on a social media platform can show his connection with the company and feel like a part of this family. This makes him feel valued and increases his loyalty to the company. These are all forms in which the organization can connect with employees and make them connect with the organization and with each other and help in building trustworthy relations in management and employees.

The connection a company can make with their customer through a social media platform is very impactful and commonly applied. Brands show their presence on social media platforms to make it easy for customers to connect with them, interact and build relationships for brand loyalty. They can get customer feedback and reviews on their products to improve quality or any other step their customers expect from them. Responding to employees will increase their trust and credibility making their brand name more trustworthy.

Customers can even give positive feedbacks of the products on social media pages which will help in marketing and promoting the product as word of mouth from customers. Having a big group of customers connected through social media can give an impression of how sustainable and loyal the company is and that they value their customers. In these ways, social media platforms can be helpful for connecting and building relations of organizations with customers.
