Ans - Option c is correct

If we replace the first cytosine base with guanine base then GGC will be converted to GGG. After the mutation there is only change of nucleotide but this change doesn't effect the type of Amino acid. Both GGC and GGG form same animo acid hence it is an example of silence mutation.
