Implementing digital keys and digital check in at a hotel will be a good investment, as hotel staff will have more free time to concentrate on the important matters, for guests instead of waiting in long queue at the front desk for check in they can digitally checkin through their device, digital keys will be a one time investment which will provide more privacy to guests.

Answer 2 : Cost associated with implementing digital keys and creating a hotel app for checkin is a time consuming process. If the guest is not able to access the digital key due to their device issues or failure giving another access key to them will be a hectic process for front desk.
