1) Shortage of money :- Financial problem is most common and specific cause of conflict in family memebers. Everyone want to make some status in society and status comes with money and power. In many cases earner of family could not fulfill family demand. It could be due to limited earning of the elder person or due to high demand of memebers of family. Because person is not able to fulfill the need of family members then argument and unnecessary conflicts takes place in family.

2) Misunderstanding :- Lack of communication or misunderstanding is another main cause of conflict amount family members. Many times family memebers don't discuss and solve their issues which makes their dispute worse and give rise to family conflicts.
